HRMS FINAL - OPEN POSITIONS + EXCEL DOWNLOAD

1. Dashboard -> Open Positions is now a reliable link:
   - If JavaScript/modal works, it opens the detailed Open Positions modal.
   - If JavaScript is unavailable, it falls back to the full Open Positions page.

2. Open Positions details:
   - Branch Code / Branch Name
   - Position
   - Required / Planned headcount
   - Currently Assigned active employees
   - Vacancy
   - Download Excel button

3. Reports:
   - The Attendance Reports page now has a Download Excel button.
   - The exported file follows the selected Month, Branch and PF/Non-PF filters.
   - Gross Salary and Payable Salary are included only for Super Admin, matching the on-screen access rule.

4. Excel export does not require Composer or PHPSpreadsheet. It uses an Excel-compatible .xls download.

dashboard.php PHP syntax was validated successfully.
