FINAL ROUTE HISTORY UPDATE

1. SQL is not required for this UI/location-history update when the existing field_tracking tables with admin_user_id already exist.
2. Area Manager Report now shows:
   - complete GPS route history
   - start/end markers
   - every recorded GPS update with time
   - movement vs stayed state using a 100m threshold
   - elapsed time between GPS samples
   - styled Start/End proof buttons
3. Flutter Field Tracker was changed to send a location update every 10 minutes while duty is active.
